Article 1 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between JOUETS KAIRIS and any customer purchasing on www.kairis-jouets.com.
Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 – Products
Products for sale are precisely described on the product pages . Photos and descriptions are indicative. Jouets KAIRIS is not responsible for errors.
Article 3 – Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online on www.kairis-jouets.com.
Order validation constitutes acceptance of the GTC in effect at the date of the order.
Article 4 – Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If unavailable after order validation, the customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund may be issued.
Article 5 – Validity of Offers
Product offers are valid while displayed on the website and within available stock.
Article 6 – Prices
Prices are in euros, VAT included.
Jouets KAIRIS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. Banking details are provided by email after order validation.

The order will only be processed upon receipt of the payment.
Article 8 – Delivery
Deliveries are made throughout Europe, including: Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Delivery methods:
Standard (free): 3–5 business days
Express (48h): €15
Delivery times are indicative. Jouets KAIRIS is not responsible for delays or force majeure.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. If returned due to incorrect or unclaimed address, reshipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Article 10 – Warranty
Products have legal conformity and hidden defects warranty.
Indicative duration: 2 years from receipt.
Warranty does not cover normal wear or misuse.

Jouets KAIRIS is not liable for damages due to misuse or non-compliance with instructions.
Article 12 – Personal Data Protection
Jouets KAIRIS complies with GDPR.
Collected data is used only for order processing, customer management, and marketing (with consent).

Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of www.kairis-jouets.com are protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, full or partial, is prohibited without written authorization.
Article 14 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Belgian and European law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before legal action.
If necessary, the courts of Liège, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
